You can buy Deion Sanders' condo for a song ... And it has a private elevator!
Deion Sanders — the former pro football and baseball star — is taking a major hit on his luxurious Dallas condominum.
According to a new report I just read on TMZ, Neon Deion is asking $1.7 million less than his home on the 30th floor of the celeb-filled Azure building is worth.
Sanders listed the 5,081-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo for $4.8 million.
But according to a real estate agent at Azure, the property is valued at $6.5 million.
And a neighboring unit is actually listed for $6.8 million.
That seems like a pretty big loss to take, even for a sports celebrity of his stature.
I have to wonder if his messy divorce with Pilar Sanders has anything to do with this.
This week, a judge ordered Deion to pay $10,000 a month in child support and another $275,000 for his ex-wife's attorneys' fees, reports TMZ.
Either way, Sanders' loss is your gain.
If you have the cash, you can steal his swank penthouse pad in the Azure for $1.7 million below market value.
With wood flooring, a gourmet kitchen, Sub-Zero appliances and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking downtown Dallas, it's quite a home.
This place even has a private elevator — I've always wanted one of those — that leads down to the terrace lounge with a wet bar and private pool. Here's the MLS listing.
And you may be wondering, "Where have I heard of the Azure before?"
It's the building where a unit owned by a broke Terrell Owens was foreclosed on earlier this year.
